Role and Responsibility:
Take care of entire recruitment process –
- Identify candidates with the right skills to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
- Must have strong 2-4 year of experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting
- Good written and verbal English communication skills to suit US standards
